Adam LaRoche In; Eric Byrnes Out

The Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed to terms with first baseman Adam LaRoche on a one-year contract for 2010, with a mutual option for 2011. LaRoche will receive $4.5 million this year and has a mutual option clause for $7.5 million in 2011 with a $1.5 million buyout. The buyout increases to $9.5 million if LaRoche is traded.
