Moving Up

One of the big surprises of Alabama spring practice was Keith Saunders finishing ahead of Bobby Greenwood as the number one right tackle. Almost everyone expected Mark Anderson's old job to to go Greenwood, who had been the top back-up in 2005. Almost as surprising is that Saunders has continued to hold onto the job.

Greenwood Has Break

Freshman defensive end Bobby Greenwood may be able to play in the Cotton Bowl, but he will have his hand in a cast. Greenwood suffered a broken hand in practice this week and underwent surgery. Following practice Thursday, Crimson Tide Head Football Coach Mike Shula said that doctors believe Greenwood will be able to play against Texas Tech.
