Spring scrimmage No. 2 is in the books. The second version looked much like the first version, as the Colorado offense — using a no-huddle, shotgun system — racked up big yards and scored seven touchdowns Saturday.
More so than any spring in recent — or even distant — memory, the Colorado offense is ahead of where the defense is, if Saturday's scrimmage at Folsom Stadium is an indication. The Buffaloes offense racked up over 600 yards and scored six touchdowns in 109 plays. Inside, notes and quotes from the affair.
