Munir Prince of DeSmet high school (St. Louis, Mo.) was the first commitment of the 2006 recruiting class. Since then he has been anticipating his arrival to Notre Dame. In less than a month Munir will report to South Bend with the rest of his class with high expectations.

Speedy Missouri tailback names leader

Missouri's <b>Munir Prince</b> is one of the top athletes in the nation. Prince was offered a scholarship by Iowa before his junior year and the 5-foot-11, 175-pounder, from St. Louis (DeSmet Jesuit) quickly accepted the Hawkeye offer. Prince has since taken a step back and opened his recruitment back up. We caught up with Munir and asked him why he had a change of heart.
