Thomas Sets Visit to Boulder, Buffs Lead

Colorado's depth at the running back position is running thin. It is vital that CU recruit at least two players at the position this fall. The staff is eyeing Kenton Thomas in a major way and CU will get the first crack at him when he visits next weekend for the Missouri game.

Buffs Offer Phoenix Athlete

Colorado is becoming more of a presence in the state of Arizona as the state's rapid growth is resulting in more division one prospects. The latest AZ prospect to receive a Colorado offer is Phoenix athlete Kenton Thomas. The running back/receiver/defensive back got the offer three days ago. Coach Hagan has not only told Thomas how bmuch CU needs him, but that he IS going to Colorado, period.

Cougs offer Arizona athlete

IN THE ARIZONA DESERT, Kenton Thomas is a dual rushing and receiving threat with a passel of offers under his belt. But his calling at the next level might be on defense. The 6-1, 195 pounder has 4.5 speed plus the instincts and power to go along with it. Washington State is one of the schools who have offered, and the Cougs were down in Phoenix last week.
