The Washington Nationals decided that a change was needed for Mike Hinckley, so they moved him from the starting rotation at Harrisburg to the bullpen. The move has been a big relief for Hinckley.

Mike Hinckley, with a career 32-13 record and a 2.80 ERA, entered the 2005 season as one of the top Nationals' pitching prospects. Seemingly being fast-tracked to the Major Leagues, Hinckley battled a shoulder injury and a subsequent sub-par season with the Potomac Nationals this past season. But as bad as he season seemingly was, Hinckley remains as confident as ever.
