The good, the bad, the question: DE

A HUGE PART of Oregon State's success on defense in '08 came in the form of defensive ends Victor Butler and Slade Norris. But both are now gone to graduation, and Kevin Frahm and Ben Terry step into the roles heading into spring. Will Gabe Miller, newly moved over from tight end, challenge them this spring? What of Matt LaGrone? And can Taylor Henry become that speed rusher type threat?

Fall Camp Preview - Defensive Line

There isn't a Bill Swancutt or Inoke Breckterfield type player on the roster, but if you believe there is strength in experience then the Oregon State defensive line is your unit. Only two starters return from a year ago, but seven players are back who have played in at least 10 games each last season.
