Thran Named to Outland Trophy Watch List

The Oregon Ducks announced today that senior lineman Bo Thran has been named to the Outland Trophy watch list for the 2010 season by the Football Writers Association of America (FWAA).

Portland, Ore. -- The 2006 Les Schwab Bowl was played on Friday night in front of 7,530 fans but if any were there to see a close game they went home disappointed. It was a blow out as the North squad won in a rout, 49-25. Leading the way for the North squad was game MVP Kevin Riley of Beaverton.

In-state hoss has OSU, UO visit dates

AT 6-FOOT-6 and 275 pounds, Gresham's Bo Thran is arguably the top offensive lineman in the state along with Beaver verbal Mau Nomani. The hoss from Sam Barlow High tripped to Cal this past weekend on his first official visit. The next visit on his schedule is to one of the in-state schools: Oregon State.
