With a new offensive system in place for the Arizona Wildcats fans, players and coaches alike are looking forward to the 2007 season. One thing the new system demands is good and consistent play out of the quarterback position and the Cats have a good group of signal callers that should be able to get the job done.

The Fizz is burned out but is attempting a late game, Reggie Miller-like 3-point barrage to pull off a miracle and post this story before I collapse. Bonds made the final cut, as did Tiger, A-Rod, Clemens, Tin Cup, Napoleon Dynamite and Brandon Lang. Fall camp is just days away and there are a ton of storylines that will be followed. Some will be answered in camp, while others will have to wait until the start of the season. We'll take a position by position look at the stories we will be paying attention to. We start with quarterback.

Quarterback could have been a strength for last year's Wildcat football team but due to injuries wound up becoming a weakness. When Willie Tuitama was in the game, the Cats were good. When he was out, which happened far too much, the Cats were not an effective offense.

The Wildcats are just a few weeks out from the start training camp and some positions have already been decided. One such position is quarterback. For the fifth time in five years the Wildcats will begin the season with a different player starting than started the year before.
