The Longhorns' senior tight end, Blaine Irby has had an incredible journey getting himself back on the field for Texas. Irby suffered a limb-threatening knee injury during his sophomore year, but managed to comeback for his senior season and finish his college football career in the 2011 Holiday Bowl.
