CHALK UP ANOTHER Hawaii linebacker for Oregon State. Mana Lolotai, a 6-0, 221-pound 'backer out of Honolulu's Kamehameha High has told he'll be donning the black and orange this coming season. The newest member of the 2006 OSU class -- and the second LB from The Islands and the second oral pledge from Kamehameha -- spoke with BF.C late Tuesday evening.

Trip report: Mana Lolotai

The Washington Huskies have always had a connection to the Hawaiian Islands and that remains true even today. Husky linebackers coach Chris Tormey visited the Islands during the fall and spotted one player who some think may have flown under the radar up to this point. Kamehameha (Honolulu) LB Mana Lolotai took a visit to Washington this past weekend and spoke about his trip and how close he is to making a decision.
