NC State will likely add two wide receivers in the class of 2007 and they filled half of those needs when they landed Steven Howard from Olympic High School earlier this year. At 6-2, 185 pounds, Howard is a terrific route runner and technically-sound receiver that hauled in 43 passes for 642 yards and six touchdowns en route to all conference honors as a junior.
