Wes Palazzi played in his first collegiate game last Saturday vs. Colorado State. The redshirt freshman played every offensive snap (60) at guard. He had four knockdown blocks and allowed one quarterback pressure. Inside, Palazzi looks backward and forward toward Arizona State.

Simon Wants a National Championship at CU

CU commit Wes Simon and new Defensive Coordinator Ron Collins met for the first time yesterday at Breakfast and the topic of conversation was bringing another National Championship to Boulder. Simon is solid with Colorado after the meeting and he had some more comments about his future prospects in Boulder.

Simon Set to Visit Kansas This Weekend

Coaching changes have been rampant in the Big 12 North here in the past few weeks. Plano West offensive lineman Wes Simon gave Gary Barnett and staff a verbal commitment at Colorado, but after Barnett's firing, Simon awaits the coaches he will play for. In that time, he has scheduled an official visit to Lawrence, Kansas this weekend, and actually received an offer from another Big 12 North program this afternoon.
