The Ole Miss tight ends had an "exceptional" spring, all things considered. Battling inexperience and a lack of true depth, Coach James Shibest was pleased with the outcome of spring training from his position.
Robert Lane and Robert Hough, who got basically all of the meaningful tight end snaps last season, are gone, leaving the TE position in unproven hands. Senior David Traxler enters his second year at TE and intends to make the most of the situation.

nose guard during the practices in the Fall.
