Shane Bowen: "Anxious to get going again"

Shane Bowen was one of two players from the 2006 Georgia Tech class to enroll in January. Since Shane was out of football this past year, he's as ready as anyone in the class to finally get back on the field. It is unclear at this time whether his long-term future with Tech will be as a Safety or Linebacker. Initially he's going to play Safety but either way, he'll provide some needed depth to either position starting this spring.

GT Commit Prepares to Play in Spring

Shane Bowen committed to Georgia Tech back in August and is enrolling in January. Bowen will get a jump on other incoming defensive backs by being able to participate in the next spring practice.
