With all apologies to the Buffalo Bills Marshawn Lynch, Knights guard Jermaine Taylor was in full "Beast Mode" as he was named tournament MVP and UCF captured their third consecutive Holiday Classic title with an 89-75 victory over the Chicago State Cougars, but it wasn't as easy as the final score indicated.

La Salle has a working list of recruits still considering the Explorers. Several have taken visits and still need to visit 20th & Olney while some others may take their first visit to Philadelphia. In the next month expect the recruiting picture to become much clearer and La Salle to hold at least one recruit in the bag.
