Ohio State held its annual Pro Day on Friday at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center, giving nearly 20 former Buckeyes a chance to impress pro scouts from nearly every NFL team. Many of the players came away happy with the results, including Dane Sanzenbacher, who ran a 4.48-second 40-yard dash.

Though a pair of soon-to-be third-year starters limits the competition at the top of the safety depth chart, the rest has plenty of intrigue for position coach Paul Haynes this spring, so much so that Haynes told reporters he did not mind seeing one of those veterans on the sidelines from time to time.
