Who is Tatman and why are we asking?

SO WHO THE HECK is Zach Tatman, and why is one of Washington State's assistant coaches smiling when he talks about him? The lad's academics are fully in order, so he'll be enrolling at his new school next month.

Recently he took a visit to a Pac 10 school and received an offer and on Monday night he decided he'd though it over enough and he committed...
