James high on Huskies

Jamal James is a 5-foot-9, 175-pound cornerback/receiver prospect from Covina, Calif., and word around the Washington internet community Tuesday afternoon was that James had verbally committed to the Huskies. James is close, but needs to make at least one trip up north to confirm things.

'85 percent Husky'

California running back/cornerback Aaron Harris (5-10, 182, 4.5), from Baldwin Park High School, said he still favors Washington big over California and Arizona. He thinks he'll end up at one of those programs but still has Nebraska, Oregon State, Michigan, Oregon and Colorado on the back burner.
