Art Evans (6-1, 175-pounds) is a fun young man with a lot of talent and a lot of confidence. Evans attended Evangel Christian School in Lakeland, Florida in 2005. The school was on the verge of closing and Victory Christian Academy stepped in to purchase the church-school. Evans committed to the Volunteers of Tennessee earlier this month.

Evangel Christian (Fla.) wide receiver/cornerback Art Evans recently picked up an offer from Ohio State and was pleasantly surprised. He also has 10 additional offers. Evans won't camp at Ohio State this summer because it's too far from home, but says when it comes time to pick a school, distance from home will not be a factor.
