Pearl River Community College wide receiver/running back/return specialist Rashod Henry, a Mississippi State commitment, is showcased in this ScoutTV video presentation.
Just days after wrapping up spring football, the Mississippi State Bulldogs added to their class of 2010 when they picked up a commitment from one of the top players in the Mississippi Junior College system on Wednesday.
Rashod Henry was one of the fastest players in the southeast when he graduated from Lumberton High School as a member of the class of 2007. Henry signed with Southern Miss, but in the end opted to sign a Major League Baseball contract. Football was still in his heart, so after baseball season ended Henry enrolled at Pearl River Community College. He is now back on the open market.
East Central knocked off Pearl River in double overtime this past Thursday night. The Wildcats loss coupled with a Mississippi Gulf Coast win over Jones County Junior College has the 'Cats on the road this weekend to take on East Mississippi in playoff action.
