Some things you just can't hide. Last year, listening to Drew Brees in his post game press conferences, it was impossible for the future Hall of Famer to hide his frustration. Brees always seems to have a positive outlook, even in the face of adversity. But the way he gushed about the progress of the Saints offensive line, it was hard to mask his obvious enthusiasm for the group. Here is another great Brees soundbite talking about the entire o-line as a group, and individually as well.

Most hard core fans in the Who Dat Nation knew going into the NFL Draft that the Saints were desperate to land an offensive guard. With the Saints waiving long time veteran offensive guard Jahri Evans, the need to plug up the holes between center Max Unger and their talented young tackles became even more imperative. Earlier this week, they signed restricted free agent Senio Kelemete, and yesterday the Saints extended an offer to another o-lineman who's been with the team for 3 seasons. But they aren't through yet....several free agent guards are still under consideration. UPDATE: Alex Boone signed with the Vikings.
