Wednesday night was another spirited session in shells and shorts, but the hitting never stopped and there was strong play on both sides of the ball. As we are into the dawg days of Camp Sark, players are trying their best to impress the coaches and show them that they belong.

Coach's Corner - Offense Observations

Spring football is already half over, but team reps have gone up, hitting has increased a little bit. Progress has been made across all three phases of the game as they continually add new parts to their attack on all sides of the ball. The offense appears to be further ahead of the defense and defense appears to be further ahead of the kicking game.

Huskies say goodbye to the Willingham Era

Note to the University of Washington football team: Welcome to the 24-hour rule. It's been a long time since you were able to take the day to enjoy a win - Sunday would have been 666 days from UW's convincing 37-23 triumph over California. Steve Sarkisian made sure that string fell apart in short order, picking up his first career win in only his second start as a head coach.

With the days ticking ever closer to Washington's September 5th clash with LSU, the more Steve Sarkisian is thinking about the game. More specifically, how the mechanics of the game are going to go. Sunday was Picture Day at the University of Washington, and roughly 2500 UW football fans showed up at Husky Stadium to meet their favorite players and Head Coach Steve Sarkisian. Top Pot Donuts was giving out all sorts of things, and KJR was on hand for a live broadcast.
