Football banquet award winners

AT THE football team's annual March banquet held recently, Oregon State wide receiver Aaron Nichols collected two awards. Other recipients included James and Jacquizz Rodgers, Cameron Collins, Marcus Wheaton, Anthony Watkins, Connor Hamlett, Tyler Anderson, Scott Crichton and Shiloah Te'o.

Unsung Nichols' performance a harbinger?

CORVALLIS -- The Oregon State football team continued to learn more about their Saturday opponent, TCU, today. The first string offense started slow, but sophomore quarterback Ryan Katz and the O picked it up in the second hour of practice. Over on defense, a d-lineman took yet another step towards returning to the starting lineup on Saturday.

DAY 8: Injuries piling up, Henry among latest

CORVALLIS-- Just eight days into fall camp and the injuries are already stockpiling for the Beavers. A couple of key Oregon State wide receivers got banged up on Tuesday afternoon and the anchor to the Black Shirts defense sat out yet another day of team sessions and an up and coming defensive end got more time with the first string D -- as another hit was taken to the first unit's line.
