Carraway Going to Temple

Three-star wide receiver Vaughn Carraway just gave Temple their biggest recruit of the year when he committed this week. This is the second year in a row that Head Coach Al Golden and the rest of the Owls coaching staff has kept a local superstar at home, with last year's surprise commitment being Daryl Robinson. Carraway spoke about his commitment with us on Wednesday night.

Carraway Spends Extra Time at Pitt

Pittsburgh has already picked up four solid prospects for their passing game in Jonathan Baldwin, Mike Cruz and Michael Shanahan, but they are also still high on the list of Muhlenberg, Pa., standout Vaughn Carraway. This weekend the wideout traveled to Pitt for his official visit and while he has been on campus before, he was still impressed by his latest visit.

Carraway Lays Things Out

Recent coaching changes in the college football world have definitely shaken things up a bit, but for Muhlenberg, Pa., resident Vaughn Carraway, the most recent changes between West Virginia and Michigan could be a blessing in disguise. Carraway has both schools on his final list and already has four of his official visits scheduled.

"West Virginia had a great season overall," Vaughn Carraway said. "I was really surprised they lost to Pittsburgh though. But Pittsburgh played a great game and played hard to win. I still think West Virginia should be pretty happy about their season. They won the Big East and I think they'll be a top team for a while." Carraway takes his first official visit this weekend to Morgantown.

On Nov. 17, Vaughn Carraway,'s No. 53 wide receiver, will be officially visiting Michigan for the Ohio State game. "I think Michigan will come away with a win," Carraway said.
