Cookie Miller Talks RedHawks

A few weeks ago, 5'7" Josh Cookie Miller decided to transfer from Nebraska to Miami-OH. The point guard will not be eligible until the 2010-11 season after sitting out one year per NCAA rules. Miller now tells RedHawk Insider why he chose Miami, what RedHawk fans can expect from him, and what he wishes to accomplish in Oxford.

Cookie Miller To Transfer to Miami

Cookie Miller will transfer from Nebraska to Miami-OH. Miller essentially started his freshman and sophomore years for the B12 school before deciding to transfer closer to his West Virginia home. Miller is also a former Mr. Basketball and spent two years in prep school after high school.

Nebraska Players to Transfer

Sporting New Today reports that Cookie Miller and Alonzo Edwards plan to transfer from Nebraska after helping the Huskers to an 18-13 finish last season.
