Stanford's match up against Arizona State marked their 2007 homecoming game. Their most successful football alumnus, John Elway, was in attendance accompanied by his son Jack. Thus, the Cherry Creek (Col.) HS signal caller got a sneak peak of the maroon and gold, whom he will visit later this month, and came away impressed.
