Giving thanks to the Beaver seniors

CORVALLIS -- After years of dedication, hard work and love put forth towards the Oregon State football program, it all came to a close Saturday afternoon for the seniors with a loss to rival Oregon at Reser Stadium. Five-and-seven doesn't read well as a season ending record, but four-of-five years of success does.

QUOTES: Riley, Quizz, players weigh in

Instead, it turned out to be an omen. Riley, along with Jacquizz Rodgers, Alex Linnenkohl and Keith Pankey, all weigh in.

Another running QB, another Beaver loss

CORVALLIS – WSU coach Paul Wulff played a mean trick on the Reser Stadium crowd Saturday afternoon. Throughout the 31-14 stomping, he knew exactly what he was doing. So did WSU sophomore quarterback Jeff Tuel. And it wasn't as if the trick hadn't been played on the Beavs before.

TURN YOUR EYES, Beaver Nation, to Cameron Collins. The junior safety-turned-outside linebacker received his first career start in the box, and did so with an absolute BANG, tallying 10 tackles, including an important stop at the 1-yard line. With Dwight Roberson still questionable for Arizona on Saturday, Collins' contributions will be extremely important – and key.
