The Chicago Catholic League is full of tough, hard running teams and Loyola Catholic has traditionally been one of those teams. But QB Peter Badovinac is the type of talented player who has dictated they become more of a passing team. As a result, Badovinac is hearing from several schools in the Midwest including the Michigan State Spartans.

Purdue has offered several quarterbacks thus far in 2007 and there are more that are on the cusp of getting an offer from the Boilers. One of the those quarterbacks is Peter Badovinac, a 6-foot-3, 205-pounder, from Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois.

Wilmette, Ill., native Peter Badovinac is as busy as usual these days, visiting four schools over the past few weeks and sitting in on quarterback meetings at each one. Three combines are also on tap now in what looks to be another busy month for the signal caller.

After participating in the Army All-American Combine in San Antonio earlier this year, Wilmette, Ill., native Peter Badovinac is using his time wisely, visiting campuses across the country and communicating with coaches on a daily basis about opportunities to play Division I football in the Fall of '08.

The quarterback recruiting is always closely followed. It's the choice that those players make that want to play that position. Quarterback is easily the most celebrated and ridiculed position on the field. It's also become an interesting position at Nebraska considering the requirements for a quarterback have shifted from running 4.3's to being an efficient passer.
