SPRING: The good, the bad, the question: QB

IN A ROLE reversal from last spring, Sean Canfield takes the reins as the Beavs' starter headed into spring drills while Lyle Moevao spends time in the surgery bay. NOTES: "A step in the right direction"

Beaver D battles back, O's 2-min drill sings

CORVALLIS--A day off on Sunday for the Beavs looks to have been just the tonic. Several who sat out Saturday's session were padded up and back in action Monday -- Jeremy Francis, Slade Norris, Bryant Cornell, Aaron Nichols, Darrell Catchings and Casey Kjos all returned. So too was the defense seemingly energized from the brief respite. There's audio from Mike Riley and more, right after the jump.

OFFENSE: Fall camp status report

FALL CAMP ENTERS its 16th day and the Beavs will hold their 21st practice on Monday. It's a good time to step back and a detailed look at each position group, with a heavy emphasis on the nine sessions this past week, and to put it all into context as Oregon State approaches their season opener on Aug. 28 at Stanford.
