ESPN's Greatest CFB Comeback since '04

It wasn't the fact that Idaho went into the 2009 Humanitarian Bowl against Bowling Green as 15 point underdogs. And it wasn't the fact that Idaho suffered huge losses on consecutive weekends leading up to the game, carrying a 7-5 season record and the hopes of tens of thousands of Idaho fans on its back after a decade without a bowl appearance. Vandals have holes to fill after 2-10 season

A SEASON THAT STARTED WITH LOFTY EXPECTATIONS has mercifully come to an end. He had been ready to commit to the Vandals but before pulling the trigger, wanted to make certain of one thing - that Idaho was just as committed to winning. What he saw and felt on his trip, he said, was both convincing and evident of that same winning attitude, and at every turn.
