Idaho roster updates for spring camp

WITH THE VANDALS LAUNCHING SPRING CAMP this past Thursday in preparation for the 2011 season, the University of Idaho released an updated roster with updated heights and weights, as well as the addition of four new names in for spring. The list includes a defensive end (Marius Burgsmueller), strong safety (D'Mario Carter), tightend/defensive end (Tyson Heller), and wide receiver (Jacob Seamons).

7-on-7 team getting prepared

KIRKLAND, Wash. - The Seattle Seahawks have been selected to participate in the 2008 National Football League's 7-on-7 National Tournament. The tournament will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana and hosted by the New Orleans Saints on July 10-13. Seattle was one of 16 teams chosen to compete over two days, starting with round-robin play, followed by a single-elimination tournament.

Washington looking south?

Nolan Washington is a 5-foot-11, 170-pound athlete from Kennedy High School in Burien, Wash., and Washington is the top cornerback prospect on Scout.com's Northwest Hot 100. He also plays quarterback and is known as a tremendous return specialist.
