Almost 90% of Division 1 Signees this year will be rated three stars or less by Scout.com. Of the players I saw personally this year, this is how I'd build a national championship team out of three stars.

Arnold suprises some'

In July Florida State landed one of the top safeties in the state when 3-star standout Travis Arnold committed to FSU. The Madison star had a great senior season as his team won the state championship after dominating the playoffs. Gators Offer Arnold

Travis Arnold showed up at the Scout.com combine in Jacksonville with a little recruiting attention, but after posting a 4.31 forty time, the safety from Madison County the interest really picked up. Last weekend, the first two official offers came in.
