Scout.com has confirmed that Phoenix (Az) Brophy DE Connor Murphy, a member of the 2016 recruiting class has received a new scholarship offer, his second.
The 6-7, 235 pound Murphy says, "I just got off the phone with Arizona State and they offered me a full ride."
Stanford has also offered Murphy, the younger brother of Washington Redskin Trent Murphy.
Murphy adds, "I talked to Coach Thomas for about thirty minutes, I didn't get to talk to anyone else because they were in a meeting, but Coach said that they are going to be recruiting me hard over the next two years. He said that they want me to come down on Thursday and hang out, tour the facilities, watch their big men practice and meet the rest of the coaches."
