In our latest projections for outfielders Charlie Blackmon is the seventh best. Ronald Acuna and Aaron Judge are projected to finish above him. Mike Trout and Mookie Betts are our top ranked outfielders. Our top rated catchers are Gary Sanchez and Jacob Realmuto. If you use high draft picks at these positions and are looking for quality starting shortstops then consider Adalberto Mondesi or Andrelton Simmons. The tables below show projected rankings based on total fantasy points (along with their per game fantasy production). We have the top 30 of each infield position and top 60 outfielders. He only played in 76 games last season so it's not a surprise to see his projected rank greatly improved vs last season. One player who is expected to slip in the fantasy outfielder rankings is Matt Kemp who last season was #36 but is projected to be #50 this season. With 359 total projected fantasy points he is still clearly worth a roster spot and will contribute.
