Welcome to the newly updated version of Scout. We have decided to embrace our name and re-launch as a sports forecasting and statistics service geared towards delivering Scouting Reports for every league, team and fantasy relevant player. Our league reports focus on Power Rankings, Injuries, Season Futures, and coverage of every Fantasy 'market' (season, current week, DFS). We encourage you to check out our new NBA page and hope you enjoy the new Scout.

The relative percentage difference at the top of the conference is at 36%. The Milwaukee Bucks at 21.5% trail the Toronto Raptors at 29.3%. The gap seems to be widening. The Bucks chances are down from 26.2 percent. As far as teams fighting for the final playoff spots go, there is a very small difference in projected wins between the teams with the #6 best record and the team with the #7 best record. This is a top heavy conference with just 5 teams with at least a four percent chance of winning it.

Visit Sportsline to get the latest game forecasts, picks against the spread, totals and moneylines by the computer and top Vegas handicappers. We also have the best player projections for Season Long and Daily Fantasy players.

There is a huge 969% relative difference between conference leaders. The Golden State Warriors lead with a 72.2 percent chance of winning the West and the Utah Jazz are at 6.8%. The difference between these teams is widening as the Jazz chances are down from 10.6 percent. While 4.07 may not seem like a lot of wins, that amount of difference between the team with the #6 best record and the #7 best record is pretty large. There is not a lot of parity and power is concentrated at the top of the conference with just 3 teams having at least a 4% chance of winning it.
