Welcome to the newly updated version of Scout. We have decided to embrace our name and re-launch as a sports forecasting and statistics service geared towards delivering Scouting Reports for every league, team and fantasy relevant player. Our league reports focus on Power Rankings, Injuries, Season Futures, and coverage of every Fantasy 'market' (season, current week, DFS). We encourage you to check out our new NHL page and hope you enjoy the new Scout.

SUMMARY: No Major Upsets, One Slight Upset, One Easy Expected Win

It was a night highlighted by favorites winning. The -119 favored Predators were given a 53% chance of winning when you adjust the money line to remove the juice. But their 4 to 1 victory allowed them to also cover the run line. SportsLine's computer was correct on this game when it made the Predators a good betting value with a 55% chance of winning. The Washington Capitals beat the Penguins 2 to 1. They were -130 on the moneyline. There was one underdog that won a game. The Anaheim Ducks were +120 on the moneyline and ended up beating the Calgary Flames by 1 goals.
